Please note that the author fee is only available to accepted presenters in the Programme (one presenter per paper). Co-authors who wish to participate should register as Delegates.

IEEE Members who provide their Membership details upon registration can apply for a special 10% discount on the appropriate registration fee. A photocopy of the valid Membership card must be faxed to the Conference Secretariat following online submission.

Cancellation Policy for Registration Fees

There is no refund available for registration fees. A registration fee can be moved to a substitute delegate prior to the event with the agreement of the Conference Organisers. Please contact secretariat@eChallenges.org to request any changes in presenters or delegates.

Hotel Accommodation

Hotel Accommodation can also be booked online. Hotel accommodation is both expensive and limited during October and delegates are strongly recommended to book their accommodation during August and September. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.

Social Programme & Tours

Participation in the Social Programme and Tours can be booked online.
