Conference hotel rates have been negotiated for eChallenges e-2008 delegates and accompanying persons with four hotels in Stockholm - Grand Hotel (Conference Venue), Hotel Tegnérlunden, Hotel Oden and Comfort Hotel.

By staying in one of these hotels, you will maximise opportunities to network with other conference delegates, presenters and exhibitors.

Conference hotel accommodation should be booked online as part of conference registration to avail of the rates outlined below.

Please note that Stockholm is very busy the week that eChallenges e-2008 takes place so it is important to book accommodation early. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.

Conference delegates are responsible for any incidentals incurred during their hotel stay and this will be dealt with directly between the hotel and delegate upon check-in.

Cancellation of hotel accommodation must be in writing. Confirmed hotel bookings can be cancelled in writing up to 19 September at an administration charge of 20 euro.

After 19 September, the hotels will charge the full booking for a cancellation prior to date of arrival (i.e. provide no refund). No refund will be provided by the hotels in the event that a delegate does not cancel the accommodation in advance and does not arrive for check-in. It is possible to move accommodation already booked to a replacement delegate. Please contact the conference secretariat to arrange this.
