Conference hotel rates have been negotiated for eChallenges e-2009 delegates and accompanying persons at the Conference Hotel in Istanbul. Other hotels will be added during July when the rates are finalised.

By staying in conference hotel, you will maximise opportunities to network with other conference delegates, presenters and exhibitors.

Conference hotel accommodation should be booked online as part of conference registration to avail of the rates outlined below.

Please note that Istanbul is very busy the week that eChallenges e-2009 takes place so it is important to book accommodation early. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.

Conference delegates are responsible for any incidentals incurred during their hotel stay and this will be dealt with directly between the hotel and delegate upon check-in.

Cancellation of hotel accommodation must be in writing. Confirmed hotel bookings can be cancelled in writing up to 04 September at an administration charge of 20 euro.

After 04 September, the hotels will charge the full booking for a cancellation prior to date of arrival (i.e. provide no refund). No refund will be provided by the hotels in the event that a delegate does not cancel the accommodation more than 7 days prior to check-in or does not arrive for check-in. It is possible to move accommodation already booked to a replacement delegate. Please contact the conference secretariat to arrange this.
