Cancellation Policy for Registration Fees
There is no refund available for registration fees. A registration fee can be moved to a substitute delegate prior to the event with the agreement of the Conference Organisers. Please contact secretariat@eChallenges.org to request any changes in presenters or delegates.
Hotel Accommodation
Hotel Accommodation can also be booked online for the conference venue (Crowne Plaza Vilnius). There are a limited number of rooms available at the conference rate and delegates are strongly recommended to book their accommodation as early as possible. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.
IEEE Member Discount
IEEE Members who have a membership card for 2015 in their own name can apply for a 10% discount on the registration fee. Please send the membership card with your username to secretariat@eChallenges.org in advance of finalising online registration so the fee can be updated accordingly. Unfortunately, this discount cannot be claimed retrospectively.

Accepted presenters will only be offered the presenter fee if you log in using the same account as the paper submission.
