Conference hotel rates have been negotiated for eChallenges e-2007 delegates and accompanying persons with four hotels in The Hague - Golden Tulip Bel Air Hotel (Conference Hotel), Dorint Hotel, Ibis Scheveningen Hotel (now fully booked) and Badhotel Scheveningen.

The Golden Tulip Bel Air Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Convention Centre. The Dorint Hotel is located beside the Convention Centre. The Ibis and the Badhotel Scheveningen are 10 minutes away on a direct tram line (Tram 1). By staying in one of these hotels, you will maximise opportunities to network with other conference delegates, presenters and exhibitors.

Conference hotel accommodation should be booked online as part of conference registration to avail of the rates outlined below.

Please note that The Hague is very busy the week that eChallenges e-2007 takes place so it is important to book accommodation early. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.

Delegate can choose room only including VAT and City Tax or Bed & Breakfast including VAT and City Tax. Conference delegates are responsible for any incidentals incurred during their hotel stay and this will be dealt with directly between the hotel and delegate upon check-in.

Cancellation of hotel accommodation must be in writing. Confirmed hotel bookings can be cancelled in writing up to 23 August at an administration charge of 20 euro.

After 23 August, the hotels will charge the full booking for a cancellation prior to date of arrival (i.e. provide no refund). No refund will be provided by the hotels in the event that a delegate does not cancel the accommodation in advance and does not arrive for check-in. It is possible to move accommodation already booked to a replacement delegate. Please contact the conference secretariat to arrange this.
