Please note that the author fee is only available to accepted presenters in the Programme (one presenter per paper). Co-authors who wish to participate should register as Delegates.

- entrance to all plenary and parallel sessions

Cancellation Policy for Registration Fees
There is no refund available for registration fees. A registration fee can be moved to a substitute delegate prior to the event with the agreement of the Conference Organisers. Please contact secretariat@eChallenges.org to request any changes in presenters or delegates.

Hotel Accommodation
Hotel Accommodation can also be booked online for the conference venue (Hilton Templepatrick). There are a limited number of rooms available at the conference rate and delegates are strongly recommended to book their accommodation as early as possible. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.

Accepted presenters will only be offered the presenter fee if you log in using the same account as the paper submission.
