Cancellation Policy for Registration Fees
There is no refund available for registration fees. A registration fee can be moved to a substitute delegate prior to the event with the agreement of the Conference Organisers. Please contact secretariat@eChallenges.org to request any changes in presenters or delegates.
Hotel Accommodation
Hotel Accommodation can also be booked online. Hotel accommodation is limited during October and delegates are strongly recommended to book their accommodation as early as possible. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment. More information will be published closer to registration.

It is important that all transactions are saved to one profile per user so please do not register again. Accepted presenters will only be offered the presenter fee if you log in using the same account as the paper submission.
